Treat every member with courtesy and consideration, regardless of their experience level, background, or perspective. Disagreements are fine — hostility is not. Personal attacks, insults, and deliberately inflammatory comments have no place here.
Our community discussions centre around our games, strategies, Thames Valley culture, and the shared joy of social entertainment. Please keep your contributions relevant and constructive. Off-topic promotional material, spam, or repeated off-subject posting will be removed.
Do not spread misinformation about ThamesValleyJourney's platform, rules, or River Coins. In particular, never suggest that River Coins have real monetary value or can be redeemed — this is false and potentially harmful.
Do not share other members' personal information, even if they have shared it publicly elsewhere. Do not attempt to identify, contact, or locate other players outside of our community spaces.
Content that is hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, threatening, or otherwise harmful is strictly prohibited. This includes content targeting people based on age, gender, race, religion, disability, or sexual orientation.
If you see a fellow member expressing distress about their gaming habits — even on a free platform — please respond with empathy and direct them to our Responsible Gaming page. Never encourage unhealthy gaming behaviour.
Do not attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, manipulate game outcomes through external tools, or use the platform in ways inconsistent with its purpose as a free social entertainment service.
ThamesValleyJourney is strictly 18+. Do not assist or encourage anyone under 18 to access the platform. If you believe a minor is using the platform, please let us know through our Help Center.
Violations of these guidelines may result in content removal, temporary restrictions, or permanent exclusion from community spaces. We apply these measures consistently and without favouritism.
